Curse

After running it for several times, the game does the same thing as before. I write my pass and press 'Enter' to log in. It shows the 'Connecting' window, but nothing else. And it doesn't connect even after aprox. 5 mins...
If there's any other solution than reinstalling the game, let me know. I have limited data transfer and don't wanna download 2GB of updates again.

This means that somehow your client cannot find any Guild Wars servers once you try to log in, i.e. there is a disconnection between your client and the server.

This raises a couple possible issues:
1. Firewalls
2. IP Problems
3. Network problems

First question to answer is whether or not you have internet access once GW attempts/fails the connection.

I do - you see I'm here. Opera's working, ICQ's working, last.fm is working... Everything is fine except the GW client. I don't use firewall(

) and have forwarded the port 6112 on my router.

Well... um... wow.

There is no good reason then (that I can think of anyways) that you shouldn't be able to connect. There have been previous issues with certain internet providers causing massive Err=7 spikes among their users, but I've never heard of anything like this. My best advice is to make sure you have everything set up correctly (again) and then if you can attempt to reinstall. I know that's going to be a pain for you, but honestly I'm kind of stumped.
